What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the Capital Region including Schenectady, Albany, Troy, Saratoga Springs, and surrounding counties. Free delivery on orders over $500. Contact us for delivery outside our standard area.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes! Visit our showroom at 1080 Catalyn St, Schenectady, NY 12303. Open Monday-Friday 7 AM-5 PM and Saturday 8 AM-3 PM. See full product displays and speak with our expert team.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Absolutely! We have extensive samples available in our showroom. Contractors with accounts can also request samples for client presentations.

How do I place an order?
You can order online, call us at 518-779-4561, or visit our showroom. We recommend calling for large orders or project quotes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and offer NET 30 terms for approved contractor accounts.
How quickly can I get my flooring?
Most in-stock items can be picked up same day or delivered within 1-3 business days. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before noon (additional fee applies).
Do you price match?
We offer competitive wholesale pricing on all products. Contact us if you have specific pricing questions.
Products & Inventory
Do you keep flooring in stock?
Yes! We maintain a large warehouse inventory of hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, and all installation supplies. Special orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can you help me calculate how much flooring I need?
Definitely! Our flooring consultants can help you calculate square footage and recommend the right amount including waste factor. Just provide your room dimensions or bring a floor plan.
What brands do you carry?

Yes! We have a complete selection of installation tools, adhesives, underlayment, molding, and all supplies needed for your project.

Do you install flooring?
We do not provide installation services directly, but we can refer you to qualified, licensed flooring contractors in the area.
Can you recommend an installer?
Yes! We work with many professional installers throughout the Capital Region and can provide referrals based on your project type and location.
Do you offer installation advice?
Our team can provide general installation guidance and product recommendations. For specific technical questions, consult with a professional installer or refer to manufacturer specifications.
Delivery & Pickup
Is delivery really free?
Yes! Free delivery on all orders over $500 within our standard service area. Orders under $500 have a $75 delivery fee. Will-call pickup is always free.
When will my order be delivered?
We will call you within 1 business day to schedule delivery. Standard delivery is 1-3 business days. Same-day delivery available before noon for rush orders.
Will the driver help unload?
Yes! Drivers will assist with unloading to ground level or garage. For upstairs delivery or jobsite logistics, please discuss during scheduling.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Will-call pickup is available at our warehouse. Most orders ready within 2 hours. We provide loading assistance.
Returns & Warranties
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days with receipt. Opened products accepted within 7 days if defective. 20% restocking fee may apply to special orders.
What if my flooring arrives damaged?
Inspect all materials upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at 518-779-4561. We will replace damaged items at no charge.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes! All flooring products carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Ask our team for specific warranty information.

How do I open a contractor account?
Call 518-779-4561 for contractor account information. We will need your business license, tax ID, and trade references. Most accounts approved within 24-48 hours.
Do contractor accounts get better pricing?
Yes! Contractor accounts receive volume-based pricing tiers, bulk order discounts, and NET 30 payment terms (approved accounts).
Can you deliver to jobsites?
Yes! We deliver to residential and commercial jobsites throughout our service area. Discuss access and logistics when scheduling delivery.
